Job Description
We invite applications from suitable to join School of Computing’s Human Resource Partners (HRPs) who are dedicated and committed to support the mission of the School of Computing. Established in 1998, NUS School of Computing has two Departments: Computer Science and Information Systems & Analytics.
• Partner and support the Heads of Departments and line managers in a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation and performance appraisals as well as learning and development.
• Partner Centres of Excellence (COE) in reviewing, developing and implementing/administering HR guidelines and work processes.
• Coach and supervise team members on daily operational work matters to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Lead process review projects and participate in projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Brainstorm ideas for improvement on processes and translate them into action plans.
Qualifications
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience as a HR business partner.
• University degree - relevant specialist qualification in HR Management would be an advantage
• Good communication skills – good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, powerpoint, etc.
• Strong analytical and meticulous
• Good people management skills - a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
