Job Description
<This is a one-year contract position specifically intended to cover maternity leave>
- Handle customers’ enquiries and administer enrolment.
- Administer the entire programme operations including the processing learners' applications, manage admissions process, administer module enrolment, manage students’ feedback and provision of students’ support services
- Assist in the collation and preparation of reports.
- Provide any other administrative support as assigned by the supervisor and Head of Department.
- Streamline and improve work processes to enhance experiences of key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
- Preferably relevant working experience in education industry, handling enquiries and managing programmes delivery for degree or Executive Education programmes or customer facing experience
- Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented.
- Self-driven, resourceful and excellent team player.
- Proficient with Microsoft skills.
