Faculty of Installation Engineering, Department of Thermohydraulic Systems and Atmosphere Protection, CAMBI Research Center  of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) announces the opening of a position of  research assistant - within the research project 101139636-The next generation of green resilient and socially inclusive smart cities - ReGreeneration-HORIZON-MISS-2023-CLIMA-CITIES-01

The field of research is represented by energy and climate change.

Potential candidates must be enrolled in master or doctoral studies in engineering sciences, earth sciences, life sciences.

Knowledge of English is mandatory. The CAMBI Research Center of UTCB has a multinational, young and dynamic staff, promoting great international openness through its research projects and existing scientific contacts.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering sciences, earth sciences, life sciences.
  • Knowledge of English at an advanced level; French is a plus.
  • Work experience of minimum 2 years - in the field for which the expert will be involved in the project activities.
  • Experience in the field of sustainable urban development, sustainability.
  • Experience: general notions of sustainable urban planning.

Specific Requirements

      

•           Collaboration with the technical coordinator and other members of the research team

•           Scientific documentation activities

•           Publication of scientific articles on the topic of the project

•           Participation in team activities scheduled within the project

•           Participation in field campaigns during the project period, as well as pre-processing and analysis of measurement data
