Research Fellow Recruitment – Engineering Optimization of Sorbent Regeneration System

A senior research assistant or research fellow position is available at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. It is preferred that the applicant has extensive experience in the design and operation of lab scale thermal regeneration systems. Desired skills include demonstrated experience with parametric design and operation of thermal regeneration system to optimize heat and mass transfer characteristics, design of experiments and quantifying the carbon and energy footprint of the custom sorbent regeneration system. The successful candidate will work on the operation and potential retrofitting of sorbent regeneration system. The position is available immediately.

Job Requirements:
• Possesses a Masters or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Excellent written and oral communication (in English)
• Able to work independently and in teams in a multidisciplinary setting
• Possess a high level of personal initiative and motivation
