Job description:

The selected candidate, employed as a university professor, will be obliged to conduct didactic activity in the discipline of law. Possessing and expanding practical achievements by the course profile. In addition, the candidate's duties will include active participation in activities related to the functioning and promotion of the course and the Academy, as well as involvement in projects that improve the quality of education and the attractiveness of the educational offer. Didactic activity in the amount specified in the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668), art. 127, point 1.2, point 6.1, point 7, will take place within the field of administration and others, depending on the needs of the University's didactic fields. The candidate's duties will include substantive supervision over bachelor's and master's theses.

Teaching duties:

The selected candidate will teach classes at the Faculty of Humanities and Administration of the Academy of Piotrków, related to the position of associate professor within the workload specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668), art. 127, point. 1.2, point 6.1, point 7 for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postgraduate studies, resulting from the curriculum, including cooperation with domestic, and foreign external stakeholders.

Organizational duties:

organization of seminars, and workshops; participation in university, faculty, and institute committees and other undertakings related to the process of educating students.

Requirements:
1. A degree of habilitated doctor in the discipline of law.
2. Teaching experience at a university.
3. Experience in national cooperation in the discipline of law in the research they conduct.
4. Active participation in scientific conferences.
5. Practical achievements that enable conducting specialist classes within several fields of study, e.g. pedagogy.
6. Additional certificates confirming competencies useful in organizational work at the university.
7. Availability.

The participant entering the competition is obliged to prepare and timely settle the documentation related to the teaching process.
The result of the competition is not tantamount to establishing an employment relationship with the Academy of Piotrków. The final employment decision will be made by His Magnificence Rector, without the need to justify it.

5) Your consent to the processing of personal data not required by law may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the data processing that took place before its withdrawal.
6) Your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the legal provisions on archiving applicable to the Data Controller, and in relation to data not required by law, processed on the basis of your consent, until it is withdrawn. Application documents of persons not selected in the recruitment process, submitted in paper form, are to be returned;
7) The recipients of your personal data may only be entities authorized by the law and entities providing services on behalf of and/or for the benefit of the Data controller, based on concluded data processing entrustment agreements;
8) You have the right to access your personal data and rectify (correct) it. The right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to the processing of your personal data, applies only if further processing is not necessary for the Data Controller to fulfil his/her legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for their processing;
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body -- the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the Data Controller contrary to the provisions of the GDPR;
