    Geosciences: PhD or equivalent

  • REQUIRED LANGUAGES
    ENGLISH: Good
    POLISH: Excellent

Skills/Qualifications

  • a habilitation degree in the discipline of Earth and related environmental sciences or Environmental engineering, mining and energy or Information and communication technology or related disciplines.
  • Experience in managing research teams and research projects.
  • Experience in academic level teaching.
  • Experience in training scientific staff documented by completed doctoral process in which the candidate was a supervisor or auxiliary supervisor.
  • Active participation in domestic and international scientific conferences.
  • knowledge of the Polish language required (candidates who are not Polish citizens should attach a certificate of knowledge of the Polish language on at least C-1 level).


Specific Requirements

  •  a habilitation degree in the discipline of Earth and related environmental sciences or Environmental engineering, mining and energy or Information and communication technology or related disciplines.
  • Scientific achievements in the scope of research carried out at the Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection, with the use of geoinformatics or computational intelligence methods.
  • Hirsch index (according to Scopus Database) at least 10.

 

The candidate must fulfil the following requirements defined in the Polish Law on Higher Education:

  • possesses qualifications defined in the Law,
  • has full legal capacity,
  • has not been punished by final court judgement for intentional offence,
  • enjoys full public rights.
