Applications to the open call may be submitted by those who meet the conditions specified in Section 113 of the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (i.e., Journal of Law 2022 item 574)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• conducting research in the scope of biomechanics and bionics (biomimicry) in connection with developmental biology and plant anatomy,
• publishing them in the renowned international scientific journals,
• participation in scientific conferences,
• teaching classes in the scope of biophysics, biomathematics, IT techniques in biological sciences, bioinformatics, biomimicry and statistical methods in biology, and biotechnology as well as in scope of related sciences,
• applying for financing of projects in the NCN programmes or from other external sources,
• participation in realizing scientific projects and research-development works conducted by the Plant Biophysics and Morphogenesis Team,
• realization of organizational duties in accordance with the Regulations of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
