An awesome opportunity has become available for a bright, energetic professional to join our staff supporting our Halls of Residence in our Student Accommodation team.  If you are insightful, collaborative, and passionate about residential services, administration savvy with a 'can do' attitude, we want to talk to you!

Along with the rest of the team, our Residential Services Coordinators are responsible for the delivery of an exceptional residential experience contributing to high-quality residences, a safe living environment, and outstanding customer service. Supporting Village management and working with operational teams you're a key player in the delivery of a first-class residence experience including; residential support, apartment preparation, reporting, relationship, and inventory management.

To be successful in this role you will bring energy and an optimistic attitude that will see you getting out from behind the desk to help the Residential Community Life team, as well as using your;

  • strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • understanding of great customer service and hospitality
  • proficiency with Microsoft platforms including, MS Office, Teams, Dynamics Service
  • an ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fluid environment

Your experience with databases and relationship management software, and your energy and passion for the health and well-being of our students, will all contribute to your success in this challenging and rewarding role. Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
