Rankings Analyst
Manage and enhance the University's international rankings including coordinating service performance measures and reporting in our Stakeholder Relations team.

Are you a skilled analyst looking for a new challenge?
In this role you will be based in our Stakeholder Relations team in the Vice-Chancellors Office. You will manage and enhance the University's international university rankings while providing key services in the measurement and reporting of the University's progress against its service performance indicators.
Some tasks of the role include:
- Coordinate ranking data sets submissions.
- Actively manage the rankings data framework.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Coordinate service performance measures.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus. The remuneration range is set at $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role
To be successful in this role you will need:
- At least eight years of demonstrable experience working in a similar capacity.
- Current or previous tertiary education sector experience will be highly regarded.
- A high level of report and presentation preparation skills with excellent written communication skills.
- Possess sound knowledge and expertise with spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant software applications including data query/data management tools such as SQL.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver results in line with required deadlines and quality parameters.
- Excellent capacity for accuracy including clear analytical thinking and very good attention to detail.
- Demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills and ability to inform and negotiate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders.
