The School of Science at Auckland University of Technology offers programmes spanning scientific disciplines from environmental science to chemistry to biological sciences. Our Administration Team supports the delivery of these programmes and other activities within the School.

This position is the point of contact for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and academic staff in the School of Science. You will enjoy engaging with students and academic staff on a daily basis to support student progression in all the Science programmes (both Undergraduate and Postgraduate). You will help students and staff ensure progression through the programme from application, enrolment, course completion and graduation. You will thrive on efficiency, accountability and ownership of your role and actions.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • A willingness to learn university regulations, policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail and experience with academic meeting administration, data management, and continuous improvement of services

Salary range: $50,000 - $69,000 ( dependent on experience and qualifications)
