Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role involves the careful co-ordination and administration for business cases for investment, decision records management, and reporting on the outcomes of these investments.

You will be required to write memos, reports, and presentations at the direction of the manager. This role ensures the smooth running of the Planning, Finance, and Resources Committee, advisory to the Vice Chancellor.

The co-ordinator will also be responsible for setting up, agendas, and notes for key external meetings, particularly with the Tertiary Education Commission.

Mōu | Who You Are
You should have 1-3 years' coordination/administration experience, preferably in a university planning environment. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) or equivalent is required.

We are looking for someone with familiarity with the Prince2 and MSP methods of managing programmes and projects, with aligned portfolio management.

As the team is a pro-active and highly productive unit, it's important that you thrive working in a busy environment and have plenty of initiative.
