An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced personal assistant to join the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences office on the North Shore. The role is full-time Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.  If your work is of a high standard and you are passionate about helping to make great graduates, we want to talk to you!

To be successful in this role, you will have; 

  • Be committed to providing excellent personal assistance to executive staff and reception services for students across all cultures and ages. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • A high level of professionalism 
  • Attention to detail and an excellent understanding of database software, website and systems, and spreadsheets
  • Collaborative work style with a friendly and approachable manner
