This role provides leadership in student service and experience design, operational analytics, and project implementation for Student Services & Administration.

What kind of person are we looking for

We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience in management and business planning, business analysis and service improvements, data analytics and the successful delivery of enterprise projects, and who can build effective relationships within a diverse organisation.

An empathetic team player who works effectively as part of a team and willing to work through complex problems and opportunities to design and deliver exceptional services for AUT students.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in business analysis, change management and project management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications and related software
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge and practice in the principles of equity and diversity
  • Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and escalate conflicting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range:

Band D: $81,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
