The Role / Te mahi Right now we have the ability to offer two roles for motivated and skilled graduates to gain some exciting IT infrastructure experience helping to craft the design of one the largest IT sites in New Zealand. This will be a valuable experience for you and will help to set the direction for your IT career into the future. Interested? Due to the varied nature of this internship opportunity, the day-to-day tasks will vary depending on the different projects and activities the team is engaged in. • Helping to triage support requests, making sure they have the right level of detail; and in some cases, rolling up your sleeves and helping solve those for our customers.
• Working alongside our teams to help complete BAU activities such as consolidating printer queues or gathering information to help scope an upgrade.
• Working on small projects such as migrating between software platforms.
• Testing out our documentation and helping fill in the gaps to make sure that people have the right information they need to do their jobs.
• Obtained an IT related degree or relevant IT credentials.
