Te āheinga: The opportunity

Your day-to-day mahi will see you:

  • Supporting the Industry team activities by coordinating and maintaining the Industry Partnership team's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and engagement platforms including Zoho and Ubiquity.
  • Ensuring systems, processes, and relationships with the Schools, external industry partners and the community are well-managed and coordinated.

You'll have:

  • An understanding or desire to learn Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of Kaupapa Māori
  • Experience having worked successfully on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Zoho and Ubiquity
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management experience
  • Tertiary experience with a strong understanding of Schools/academic infrastructure and knowledge of relevant industry sectors
  • Evidence of analytical and reporting skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to develop reports and create presentations to a high professional standard
  • Demonstrated event and project coordination experience

You'll be working within a close-knit Industry Partnerships team and will also work closely with other teams across the organisation, giving you plenty of opportunities to get to know the wider group. As an educator, we want to grow our kaimahi /staff too.
