Te āheinga: The opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team. With your own designated portfolio connecting you to all areas of the business, you'll have a seat at the table with managers contributing to the professional delivery of HR Advisory services, providing generalist HR advice, and coaching Managers to develop capability, engagement, and performance. You'll be fully immersed in our organisation, its culture, and future.

He kōrero mōu: About you

You'll be a seasoned human resources practitioner who clearly demonstrates leadership behaviours that cultivate an inclusive work environment through empowering others. You're able to successfully influence people and affect change at all levels of the organisation to translate vision into action and work collaboratively across multiple channels.

You'll also come with:

  • An understanding or desire to learn Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of Kaupapa Māori
  • Significant experience in Human Resources business partnering
  • Commercial acumen with a proven track record in working as a key member of a business leadership team with a focus on business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the business to effectively execute business strategy
  • A qualification in Human Resources or related discipline is desirable and/or significant practical experience in a similar HR role
  • Some change agent experience
