The Role: Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer 

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to our Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring the seamless functioning of their office while playing a vital role in enhancing communication strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CMO's schedule, ensuring strategic prioritisation of meetings and events. 
  • Communication Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, and reports. 

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CMO and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication channels. 

Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of projects, providing administrative support to ensure successful implementation. 

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, including confidential information and sensitive communications. 

Qualifications:  

  • Relevant experience as an Executive assistant, preferably in a marketing, brand or communications environment. 
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information  

Salary Range: $68,000 - $84,000 ((dependent on experience and qualifications)
