Te āheinga: The opportunity
Your role will be to process enrolments of domestic and international students into their respective classes. This is an integral frontline role, and you will be primarily working online. However, you may need to communicate with students directly on occasion.

You'll have:
- An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
- Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
- You'll come from a strong customer service background, ideally gained within a tertiary environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Customer-centric solution focused
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Fast-paced learner
