We have a great opportunity for a highly collaborative, organised, and motivated account executive to join our busy in-house team managing the workflow between our AUT clients and the design team. Structured very much like a creative agency but in-house, you will manage creative requests, brand approvals, and queries.

Developing and managing long-term client relationships is critical to this role, and your strong people and administration skills will be required as you effortlessly navigate between client and supplier to deliver on brand and on time.

You will join a positive, highly skilled team of specialists, and work collaboratively to provide creative solutions to support AUT's marketing and brand material. Working alongside the design team, you will be responsible for educating staff and suppliers on the AUT brand, and support in its ongoing management. You will report directly to the Brand Planner who leads the in-house account management team.

You will have:

  • A strong interest in account management
  • Top-notch people skills and some experience in relationship management
  • Superior multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and at speed
  • Project coordination skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Broad knowledge or interest across a range of sectors including advertising, design, marketing, and communication

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
