  • Have you thought about giving back and sharing your knowledge with students to help them achieve their aspirations?

We are looking for a permanent full-time Tutor to deliver our Automotive and Vehicle Technology programmes, ensuring the provision of quality education and training to our students. You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills and will enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Mōku ake | About you:

  • Solid industry experience in automotive diagnosis and repair or related area with a minimum of National Certificate in Automotive.
  • Wide industry knowledge preferably with broad experience across vehicle types and vehicle sub-systems.
  • Electric and Hybrid experience an advantage.

Preference will be given to those with Advanced Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification. Previous teaching experience is advantageous, as is a sound knowledge of the NZQA framework. If you are new to Teaching, we will provide with the support and tools to ensure you feel confident.
