Manaaki Whenua is the New Zealand's Crown Research Institute (CRI) for our land and environment. We are responsible for supporting New Zealand to develop a sustainable relationship with our land, through the delivery of exceptional science across a wide range of disciplines.

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

The purpose of this role is to lead the Lincoln administrative team in providing a wide range of site operations services to our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for supporting the team deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective administrative services.

This position ispermanent/full time, reports to the Site Operations Manager and is based at our Lincoln site.

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least five years experience in an office environment.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and sustain good relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
  • An ability to co-ordinate and manage tasks across a team.
