Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced postgraduate lecturer to join our Business team. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in change management, quality management systems and management practices.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $57,487 and $80,632, dependent on skills and experience.
The Academic Staff Member Postgraduate is based in our Mokoia Campus, Rotorua - Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga reporting to the Academic Lead Business and will be responsible for:
· Planning and delivering engaging lectures and seminars to postgraduate students
· Developing and updating course materials and assessments
· Conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals
· Supervising postgraduate research projects and dissertations

To be successful in this role you will have:
· Demonstrated experience in conducting and publishing research in peer-reviewed academic journals
· Experience teaching at the postgraduate level
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
