Offer Description

The successful EngD candidate will work in a position financed by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency’s LIFE programme to design at full-scale, an integrated water treatment, storage, and disinfection solution for stormwater that meets quality standards for large volume, close-contact non-potable application in the urban context. The position is embedded within the research project GreenLED Rainwater Reuse, having the Delft Startup FieldFactors in the lead.

You will contribute to the development, design, and engineering of two circular water management installations which combine rainwater harvesting, biofiltration and aquifer storage with low energy-use, high efficiency disinfection technology to be implemented in public space.
