The Department of Human Genetics

is one of the largest and most innovative human genetics departments in Europe. We currently employ more than 300 people, who work in three divisions, Genome Research, Genome Diagnostics, and Clinical Genetics. The Genome Diagnostics division is one of the largest laboratories with >150 employees who work under the umbrella of different theme groups. It is one of the leading diagnostic laboratories in Europe due to the high degree of innovation and rapid uptake of novel technologies.
