Our social enterprise has been a great laboratory for testing new concepts & innovative teaching methodogies. A concrete example is the way we have been teaching languages for more than 10 years, by allowing learners to be immersed in the language, have fun and be involved in interesting educational activities, such as a cooking, using arts, financial education, which improving also skills such as team work, communication and conflict management skills. For several years we organized non formal educational activities, e.g. monthly language cafés, visits of the Luxembourgish and European Parliament in Strasbourg, meetings with MPs from different parties, current and former MEPs. We noticed an increasing interest in the international community for such non formal practice activities while learning about the local, national and EU institutions.
