The Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a unit of the University that meets the international standards of science and studies, is internationally competitive in its field of science and studies, is innovative, open to the society and business, and actively participates in the implementation of the University’s mission and the implementation of the University’s strategic activities and goals.
Job description
- To plan and organise the activities of the faculty, to ensure the quality of the conducted studies, research and innovation activities and management of human resources, finances and assets at the faculty, to represent the faculty;
- To perform the functions of the dean set out by the Statute of the University and the descpription of the job position of the dean (you can read about the activities of the faculty at https://feee.ktu.edu/ ).

Requirements
- a doctoral degree or a recognised artist;
- university education;
- at least 5 years of experience in managerial, organisational work;
- at least 5 years of experience in pedagogical and research work at a higher education institution;
- knowledge of the ongoing processes in the European higher education, research and innovation area;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- a minimum level C1 in the English language.

Submitted documents
- a free-form application addressed to the Rector to participate in the selection;
- a 5-year operational guidelines (a description of the proposed vision and priority objectives of the Faculty);
- a curriculum vitae (CV);
- a copy of the doctoral diploma or a document certifying the status of a recognised artist;
- a verified certificate of proficiency in the official Lithuanian language at the level of category III, if the mother tongue is not Lithuanian;
- a verified certificate (issued no later than 2 years ago) of proficiency in English at C1 level, if the mother tongue is not English;
- any other additional documentation reflecting the candidate’s scientific, academic, managerial activities, qualifications or abilities (at the candidate’s discretion).
