Offer Description
Large cohort studies will be conducted in the general population, and/or systematic reviews and meta-analyses – starting also from published guidelines - to assess the efficacy (in terms of health outcomes) and safety (in terms of incidence of potentially related serious adverse events), of various preventive interventions, including, for example, vaccines, physical activity, and educational campaigns. Regarding court studies, starting from January 2020, demographic information, data on hospitalizations, vaccinations, and health status will be extracted from the official, routinely collected databases of the National Health System (Italian datasets "Anagrafica," "SDO," "Vaccines," and "Laboratories," respectively). All analyses will be adjusted for duration of follow-up, age, sex, diabetes, hypertension, prior infection status, and prior illnesses. The systematic reviews will be conducted following the PRISMA methodology
