Offer Description

The goal of the ATLAS (PRIN 2022) is to create a knowledge graph of the international scholarly research on Italian Cultural Heritage leveraged in a Web portal that fosters users’ interpretation and engagement. The UniVE Unit will work on the design of pilot activities (metadata identification, assessing software-based pilots and enhancing their capabilities to further the project goals) and evaluation of the final results, as well as guidelines for data collection, writing of the whitebook and research protocols. The UNIVE research unit is recruiting an 18-month research assistant for the implementation of pilot activities, writing of pilot-related tutorials and learning materials.

Basics of the structured representation modes of human knowledge;
Good proficiency in the XML-TEI markup language.
Assessment of English language proficiency at least at the B2 level.

The research fellowship amounts to 19,367 Euros per year, including taxes and social charges.


Eligibility criteria

The selection is made through evaluation of candidates' scientific and professional qualifications, curriculum vitae, scientific production, followed by an interview.


Selection process

Short-listed candidates will be invited for interview on Thursday 18th April 2024, at 3.00 pm.
The short-list of the candidates admitted to the interview, or any postponement, will be published on the University’s webpage on 10/04/2024.
