Development of a platform for high-throughput small molecule screening in biomimetic scaffolds for the following diseases, development of platforms that can dissect the role of the immune system, allowing for analysis of intraclonal heterogeneity through the quantification of different tumor cell populations (neoplastic cells, immunological cells, microenvironment) and the quantification of activation signaling proteins,• Evaluation of immunological, inflammatory, and metabolic host factors that contribute to genetic variability in the therapy sensitivity profile
