Skills/Qualifications
Experience in ex vivo studies on mouse models at different stages of embryonic development; Knowledge of the biology of cardiac precursors and the development of the cardio-pharyngeal system; Experience of in vivo manipulations of murine models, sampling of organs and tissues of murine origin (embryonic or adult), histological analyzes (immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization) on murine tissues; Acquired experience of molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, western blot etc.);
Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language and basic IT; Knowledge of the Italian language (only for foreign candidates).
