Offer Description
There is a public selection, by titles and interview, for the conferral of n. 1(one) post-doctoral allowance for the conduct of research activities related to the Scientific Area "Bioinformatics" to be held at the Institute of Informatics and Telematics of the CNR that carries out bioinformatics research under the research program PNRR- TUSCANY HEALTH ECOSYSTEM - THE-SP14-A Computational Platform for future diagnostic for the following topic: "Development of computational pipelines for supporting diagnosis and prognsosis for personalized medicine." under the scientific responsibility of Dr. Marco Pellegrini.

Skills/Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science (LM18), Computer Engineering (LM32), Mathematics (LM40) Biomedical Engineering (LM21), Biology (LM6) obtained according to the regulations in force before D.M. 509/99, or the Master’s Degree (D.M. 5 May 2004)and professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities;
Specific Requirements
PhD on topics relevant to the project;
experience in the field of the subject referred to in art. 1
Basic knowledge of Phython or R programming languages;
knowledge of the English language;
