Offer Description
The research project is focused on the experimental evaluation of the airborne particle concentration levels in outdoor environments and in the proximity of industrial plants (e.g. power plants, incinerators, etc.) also in order to estimate the environmental impact of these plants on receptor sites. Such experimental analyses will be performed through in situ measurements using instrumentations provided by the Laboratory of the Industrial Measurements of the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, University of Cassino able to measure sub-micrometric and super-micrometric particle number and mass concentrations and size distributions.
