UCC wishes to appoint to the role of Technical Officer an experienced Technical officer. Reporting to the Director of the Medical and Health Sciences Unit or their nominee and to the Medical and Health Sciences Unit Coordinator, the Technical Officer will support the academic and research activities of the Medical and Health Sciences Unit and assist staff in their duties.
Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Technical Officer Salary Scale: €45,348 – €62,304 (Scale B) / €47,747 - €59,294 (Scale A)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
