TBCSL is an independent subsidiary established by Trinity College Dublin. TBCSL maximises international sales from Trinity College branded merchandise. Our objective is to enhance the capability, commercial acumen, agility and focus to capture and optimise the opportunity associated with the Trinity College Dublin brand on the international stage.

TBCSL supports the TCD Commercial Revenue Unit (CRU) with the delivery of commercial strategies across its Business Units - Accommodation, Catering, Commercial Property, Visitor Attractions (Book of Kells, Old Library and Trinity Trails), Retail, Branding, Events and Sponsorship.
Role Overview
The HR Manager role is an exciting opportunity, reporting to the Commercial Director of Trinity College Dublin, with a close working relationship with the Head of HR Business Partnering, TCD. You will play a key role in translating business strategy into HR strategy, ensuring effective implementation and operational delivery. As TBCSL is an independent subsidiary established by Trinity College Dublin, the role has autonomy to implement agreed HR practices and strategies for the TBCSL workforce. You will be accountable for all HR activities to provide a consistent approach to HR Management. You should be an experienced HR leader with a strong track record of expertise in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes.
