The School of Physics wishes to appoint a Senior Technical Officer to primarily provide support in the School’s Mechanical Workshop. The post-holder will work as a member of the technical support team charged with ensuring the successful mechanical support of the physics undergraduate/postgraduate teaching laboratories and the School’s research facilities.

The role will also entail assisting with other related technical duties and responsibilities within the School of Physics.

Post status: Permanent Contract

Hours of Post: 36.5 hours per week

Salary:  This appointment will be made on the Senior Technical Officer salary scale (€56,321 to €67,664 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
