Trilateral Research has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Analyst to join our Innovation & Research Team. As Senior Research Analyst, you will deliver Trilateral's research commitments for the iToBoS and PREPARE REHAB research projects, develop thought leadership, create impact, and advance business development for the Health cluster.

What are your responsibilities?
- Lead and execute work in the EU funded iToBoS project that is developing an AI diagnostic platform for the early detection of melanoma. This will include leading research in the following areas:
- A privacy impact assessment of the iToBoS technologies that examines privacy, data protection, ethical and social issues
- Data ethics and algorithmic transparency focusing on issues such as algorithmic bias and interpretability
- Support the implementation of clinical studies to ICH-GCP standards. Knowledge of ISO14155 would be beneficial.
- Support ongoing data management and data sharing.
- Oversee and contribute to the PREPARE REHAB project that will improve the lives of people with chronic noncommunicable diseases by developing tools that will enable patients and their healthcare providers to select optimal therapy strategies. This will involve:
- Overseeing project contributions from other team members
- Contributing to an ethical impact assessment of the PREPARE REHAB platform
- Contributing to research on bias and fairness in AI
- Deliver project work in both projects (including research, reports, other outputs) in direct communication with external project coordinator, leads, team members, manager and/or clients, resolve and escalate any issues.
- Represent Trilateral at the project meetings and external events.
- Independently lead and/or contribute to funding applications, grow, and share knowledge of funding schemes and application processes.
- Engage with the Sociotech for Good team to identify opportunities to integrate research and business work.
- Maintain and grow thought leadership, through publication, funding and interdisciplinary outputs, health subject matter expertise and research-driven innovation for Trilateral.
- Support the delivery of Trilateral's commercial research requests.
- Deliver impact requirements & represent the research project(s) externally in line with Trilateral, health cluster and project goals.
- Mentor and coordinate the work of Trilateral project team members.
