The Purpose of the Role

Trinity College seeks to appoint an Organisation Design and Development Manager. This role will report to the Head of Organisation Capability. The primary purpose of this role is the design, development and deployment of initiatives to enable the people and cultural strategies for the University. The role-holder will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the university, engaging with all key stakeholders. This successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally with experience of the public sector. The candidate will also possess knowledge of and experience in organisation design and development approaches.

Context

This role will work as part of the Organisational Capability team, which includes Learning and Development and Organisation Development to support the:

• Development and implementation of organisational design and organisation development projects and programmes in support of the University strategic plan and future workforce requirements.

• Development, design and delivery of a broad range of initiatives to enable cultural change across the University that will effectively engage managers and staff.

• To proactively research organisational design and development best practice and benchmark with other organisations to add value to our organisation design and development services

Post Summary- Organisation Design & Development Manager

Post status: Permanent

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-6), Salary Scale ( €65,367 - €103,503 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
