The post holder will play a key role in providing professional support to the STEM Passport for Inclusion Project in the 4 different regions. This involves working in partnership with the academic leads, the Programme Manager, and the industry partners to ensure the mentoring for equality programme is successful. The role will require a high degree of professionalism and stakeholder management.
The key task will be to manage the complete the mentoring for equality programme; including recruitment of mentors, planning, designing and delivering the mentor training. Managing the mentor systems. The tasks include;
• Supporting the logistical implementation of the STEM Passport mentoring programme including planning meetings, planning visits, securing venues, managing financials etc.
• Administrating the mentoring calls
• Developing supporting project documentation and reports including PowerPoint presentations and compiling data for reports back to the funder
• Training mentors
• Creating data base of mentor system and managing logistics
• Recruiting mentors and Industry partners for mentoring
Salary
Administrative Officer I (2022): €53,232 – €60,739 p.a. pro-rata (5 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
