UCC wishes to appoint two Lecturers in Management to the Department of Management and Marketing, Cork University Business School. Double accredited by AMBA and AACSB and a member of PRME, Cork University Business School (CUBS) is in the top 5% of business schools globally and one of Ireland’s largest business schools with almost 4,000 students and over 180 staff. CUBS focuses on shaping leaders for a sustainable future and is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive learning, teaching and research environment, which recognises the diverse backgrounds and interests of both students and staff. The post will involve conducting research and publishing in high quality outlets, contributing to the design and delivery of teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and post-experience levels (this may include our evening part-time offerings), as well as, supervision of students, and contribute where required to the administrative duties of the department, school and the academic life of the university.

Applications for these posts are invited from those with research and teaching interests across all domains of management studies. We would however be especially interested in applicants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Leadership, human resource management, organisational behaviour, project management and/or research methods in business.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer (Below the Bar) Salary Scale: €37,912 - €66,429 (Scale B) / €39,939 - €63,211 (Scale A)

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
