Under structure we have identified a number of new HR roles we wish to add to the HR team. This is an exciting time to join our team of dedicated HR professionals as we pursue the achievement of our operational and strategic goals.
The HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of the human resources function within the University. This position involves managing and coordinating various HR operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with University objectives. The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of HR processes, systems, and policies.
The HR Operations Manager will lead an outcome focused, high-performing operations team focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading HR operations, preferably in a public sector environment. Relevant experience in a Higher Education institute would be an advantage.
Salary
Senior Administration Officer IV (2023): €65,176 – €103,487 p.a. (7 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
