Under structure we have identified a number of new HR roles we wish to add to the HR team. This is an exciting time to join our team of dedicated HR professionals as we pursue the achievement of our operational and strategic goals.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as an advisor and trusted partner to University leaders, providing HR support and guidance in the alignment of HR strategy, policy and practice with University goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a HR management role (ideally as a HR Business Partner), preferably in a public sector environment. Relevant experience in a Higher Education institute would be an advantage.

Salary

Senior Administration Officer IV (2023): €65,176 – €103,487 p.a. (7 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
