Description of Post
Higher Education 4.0 is an ambitious, innovative project supported by €12.3M of funding from the Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Pillar 3 call. The multi-disciplinary project consists of a set of inter-linked innovations underpinned by a series of demonstration sub-projects to build and prove lean systems necessary to respond rapidly and effectively to training and education needs of employers and individuals and in addition will cost-effectively develop new flexible modes of Higher Education (HE) to engage younger and lifelong learners.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants for this post must have:
- An honours degree (or equivalent).
- Experience of leadership in innovation in online/flexible learning.
- Demonstratable comprehensive understanding of current developments in flexible and online learning.
- Experience of working in a team.
Demonstrable excellent written and oral communication skills and organisational ability.
