The Role

Maynooth University recently published an ambitious strategic plan where we have highlighted a commitment to a people-first culture as fundamental to its implementation.  To enable the achievement of this, and our vision of excellence, opportunity and impact we are seeking to transform our HR function with an increased focus on strategic HR, effective business partnering and internal customer service excellence.  We will do this through:

Under structure we have identified a number of new HR roles we wish to add to the HR team. This is an exciting time to join our team of dedicated HR professionals as we pursue the achievement of our operational and strategic goals.

The Head of HR Partnering will lead the establishment and delivery of a customer focused HR Partnering function, serving as a strategic and trusted partner to University leaders and providing a critical interface between HR strategy, policy and practice, and University goals and requirements.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as a senior HR leader and business partner, preferably in a public sector environment. Relevant experience in a Higher Education institute would be an advantage..

Salary

Senior Administration Officer III (2023): €84,949 – €119,970 p.a. (8 points)


Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions
