Post Summary-

The role is to support management in various tasks which are essential to the smooth running and provision of seamless services. These are supporting roles to ensure human resources are deployed, trained, and inducted appropriately across the estate. That the College community and service partners who rely on our services across the estate have a single point of contact for defined tasks which require service provision without boundaries. The role is to assist in smooth delivery of services, distributing essential information across service areas, ensuring managers and their teams have the staff and activity information to deliver quality services and where there is a uniqueness or central point of contact required within F & S.

Post status: Specific Purpose Contract

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive 2 Salary Scale (€ 46,346 - € 51,841 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
