Job Description

The Research Section for Strategy and Leadership Development at DTU Engineering Technology offers one Research Assistant position for candidates with previous experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

The candidate will primarily collaborate with Associate Professor Kathrin Kirchner and Professor Christine Ipsen on research projects related to hybrid work. The position is a full-time position for 1 year. 

Responsibilities and qualifications
The candidate will analyze qualitative and quantitative data from current research projects in hybrid work, write literature reviews, and sketch scientific papers. 

We seek a candidate with experience in working with statistical data analysis (preferably in SPSS) and analysis of interview data. As a formal qualification, you must have a master’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent.

Salary and terms of employment 
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
