We are looking for a project manager to coordinate the research, digital tool testing and implementation of Project Onboard Denmark (POD), led by the Department of Sociology at KU, funded by the Innovation Fund Denmark.

The project manager will be responsible for:
- Analysing and writing up the research output from POD.
- Producing content for POD’s communications plan.
- Setting up monitoring frameworks to ensure the project’s KPIs are measured.
- Supporting the planning of the Launch Event and other dissemination activities.
- Commenting on the digital tools and POD website as it is developed.
- Representing the Project Lead at relevant meetings.
We expect you to have:
- a bachelor's or master's degree programme (in social Science or the humanities)
- Experience with organizing events would be preferred
- Experience of analysing data and writing up longer and shorter research outputs
- Experience of setting up monitoring frameworks for activities
- Knowledge of the issues related to recruiting international professionals and skilled labour to Denmark is necessary
- Experience of organising events for a range of stakeholders
Candidates will:
- Be able to work independently
- Have strong Danish and English writing skills
The role is for a fixed term period of 4 months.
Terms of salary and employment
The employment and salary is made in accordance with the Circular on the Collective Agreement concerning academics in the state sector concluded between the Ministry of Finance and AC (the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).
Employment will be as academic employee. The salary is based on seniority. Negotiation for salary supplement is possible. The working time is 37 hours per week on average. The working hours are flexible.
