Project Coordinator (student position)

Are you interested in working with a range of administrative tasks, including communication and event management in our international MBA team at Copenhagen Business School? Are you a highly organised and self-driven Bachelor or Master student? Then you might be our new project coordinator!

You will be working closely with the MBA Careers Managers and the MBA Alumni Relations Manager to help ensure a smooth delivery of events and student services.

Tasks:

  • Plan, optimise and execute event campaigns (e.g. channels, message, segmentation)
  • Event management: manage tasks leading up to events (e.g. booking room facilities, catering, manage participant list, send out reminders and ensure that IT works)
  • Oversee and participate in approx. 7 evening events annually
  • Create content on websites and internal portals
  • Organise student bookings for career sessions
  • Social media management (LinkedIn)
  • Ongoing update of our CRM system and websites
  • Send out surveys and analyze the collected data.
  • Support in creating and facilitating workshops for students
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by the Careers and Alumni Relations Managers including preparations of presentations, reports and research
  • Stakeholder relations: students, alumni and external partners

Skills:

  • Fluent in English with good writing skills
  • Experience with websites (we use Wordpress) and CRM systems is preferable
  • Good IT skills, especially within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Organisational, analytical, communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi‐task with attention to detail (reporting to multiple managers)

The MBA department

We run three MBA programs within our department and consist of teams covering Admissions, Marketing, Program Management, Careers, and Alumni. We are highly devoted to our students, and we are here to offer them the best experience possible through every step of their career journey.

Employment will be according to the HK-organisationsaftale and Fællesoverenskomsten between the Ministry of Finance and Offentligt Ansatte Organisationer (OAO-S Fællesoverenskomsten). It is a condition of the employment, that you are a student at an institution of higher education in Denmark and have a Danish work permit. Preferably, you are in the process of getting a degree, e.g. in communication, project management or business administration.
