MBA Admissions Manager (Repost)

Copenhagen Business School is looking for an Admissions Manager to be part of its Full Time MBA programme Admissions team.

TheAdmissions Managerwill report to the MBA Director and will be based in the MBA Programmes admissions team. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting the programme and communicating with prospective candidates, including a systematic follow up process for all admissions contacts
  • Screening and assessment of prospective students suitability for the programme
  • Database and CRM Management
  • Cross-team collaboration, in particular with Marketing, Programme Management and Careers Services
  • Attend and organize in-person events for programme promotion
  • Organize and conduct webinars and other online activity for programme promotion
  • Stakeholder management including working with all other functions of the CBS MBA Team
  • Conducting measurement/analysis and reporting on promotional activity
  • Projects related to increasing the retention of qualified prospects for the programme
  • Travel activities will be expected

The ideal candidate has an international profile and experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate may also fulfill the following criteria:

Qualifications and experience:

  • International candidate assessment or recruitment experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Project and process management experience
  • Masters level education would be desirable
  • Proven inbound sales record would be desirable

Personal skill and competencies:

  • Communication and presentation skills (fluency in English is essential – verbal and written)
  • Interviewing skills
  • Personable and energised by building relationships
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Analytical and systematic approach to activity follow up and measurement/reporting
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

Salary and employment

Employment and salary will be in accordance with the current agreement made by the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) with regulation and salary dependent on qualifications and experience. It is possible to negotiate personal allowances upon employment. The position is 37 hours a week.

Starting date: January 2, 2023 or as soon as possible.
