announces a selection procedure
Job title: Ph.D. student
Scientific department: Department of Plant Developmental Genetics
Project: TowArds Next GENeration Crops (OP JAK), CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004581
Size of workload: 0,5
Length of employment: until June 30, 2028
Minimum educational attainment: Completed master's degree in plant biotechnology, molecular biology or genetics.
Qualification level: R1
Professional requirements:
- full-time Ph.D. studies, where the supervisor must be a member of the OP JAK project TowArds Next GENeration Crops (TANGENC);
- practical experience in experimental work in a laboratory focused on methods in molecular biology;
- practical experience with plant tissue cultures;
- practical experience in plant transformation and genome editing;
- experience in presenting scientific results;
- communication skills;
- independence.
Language requirements: Active communication in English (written and spoken)
