to work on ecology of arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphosphere microbiomes

- Enthusiastic young researcher interested in synthetic microbiomes
- Holders of PhD title for less than 5 years
- Strong background in microbiology/soil science/plant sciences
- Team player within a large interdisciplinary project
- Having interest in interkingdom interactions between mycorrhizal fungi and bacteria
- Fluent in English, understanding Czech is an asset
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated capability of independent publishing of research results

Selection process

- Current professional CV of the applicant, including a certificate of awarding PhD title (where, when, title of the PhD thesis). PhD title must be awarded after 1st March 2019 to comply with definition of a postdoctoral researcher
- List of all scientific publications of the applicant, detailing journal quality (impact factor according to Web of Science) and citations (please split self cites from non-self cites)
- Cover letter detailing own visions for short-, medium- and long-term professional future
- List of all scientific projects where the applicant has acted as PI/co-PI so far
- Contacts of three persons who may be asked for a reference (usually former group leaders, collaborators etc.)
